delano ibizaIbiza myth would have it that the best places to go are the ones that take the longest to get there or are the most difficult to find.
It is a myth.
The best places and best Ibiza experiences are the ones that crop up where and when you least expect them. Ask anyone who knows.

Next door to banging Bora Bora is not where you’d expect to find a cool and super-friendly local hang-out with delicious beach food, free sunbeds and the most impeccable music from some rather talented and well known DJs.

You wouldn’t imagine to see such a group of island faces running the bar and kitchen, with Mark Wright (who trained at the Conrad Hotel but more importantly also worked previously in Kasbah in San Antonio) at the helm of the tasty and affordable menu which includes Salt n Pepper Tiger Prawns or Grilled Goats Cheese Salad, as well as Full English Breakfast with a twist, and the already Famous Delano Burger.

You probably wouldn’t expect to be able to find a good healthy Fruit Frappe Smoothie on the beach to pick you up from the night before, and maybe you wouldn’t be looking for a fresh Home Made Milkshake when the sand gets too warm for you either.

It’s likely that next door to Bora Bora is not where one would first look when picturing The Perfect Bloody Mary, at least not one that you could make yourself on the ‘Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar’, or indeed any of the interesting and fresh cocktails made by barmen Daniele Nardi or Steven (previously of Noctambula – yes, you probably didn’t think you’d find him here either).

The most unlikely thing would be if the other half of the old Bora Bora team ended up behind the project but then Ibiza is all about the unexpected.

So head straight towards our well-known neighbour, even if it’s not your bag, and you’ll see Delano on the right. We’re the white one.

We were going to make a list of exactly what our musical programming is likely to be this summer, but we decided against it. It will be good. That’s all you need to know.

We’ve invited lots of friends down so there’ll be some interesting stuff happening. You’re invited too. And we have a license till 4 in the morning, so we can shut the doors and have a right old rave-up.

Did I mention we’re on the beach?
Delano – Playa D’en Bossa
all day and all of the night
11am – 4am
residents DJs -Justin Field, Colin Peters, Nima Gorji, Paola Poletta, Graham Sahara and a few others…
guests – lots of people that we think are good, or just like a lot.
