Last night there was a big concert in front of the town hall (ayuntamiento). We love the fact that they block off the entire high street just for a couple of bands to play a gig. This was probably LMO’s biggest gig to date supporting the spanish band Celtas Cortos. Its an amazing turnaround after they started a couple of years ago jamming in Daffers bar in the restaurant street – every week they’d get denounced because of “live music” – for them to now be playing “officially” in front of the town hall is fantastic.
