November in Ibiza is the time to take a walk on the wild side - and a dip in the sea whilst it’s still warm enough to swim. It’s also the month when Ibiza celebrates two of its best fiestas:
the patron saint’s day festivities in the little village of Sant Carles from 4th November and the picturesque town of Santa Gertrudis from 16th November.

As is always the case with these village festivals, strangers are greeted like old friends with a glass of wine, traditional doughnuts and a bowl of paella. Throughout November and the cold winter months, hotel spa facilities are a great place to pamper your body and soul.
