August in Ibiza

August in Ibiza is the month where the summer reaches its peak. Make the most of the sea and sand during the day and once the sun sets, head for the colourful alleys around the harbour to sample the bars and clubs.

The highlight of the season is 8th August, when Ibiza celebrates the end of the Arab occupation back in 1235 with a huge fiesta and a massive fireworks display in Ibiza town. The best place to watch the celebrations is from one of the bars or restaurants in the trendy Botafoch marina.
