Ibiza in MayEvery May, the island’s capital, Ibiza town, and the picturesque town of Santa Eulalia host some great fiestas. The medieval festival takes place inside the fortified old town of Ibiza, Dalt Vila, from 8th to 10th May when Ibiza town hosts a range of medieval games to mark Dalt Vila’s status as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

A week earlier, from 3rd May, Santa Eulalia launches its ancient ‘1st Sunday in May‘ fiesta and a flower festival. The colourful highlight of this fiesta is the procession of decorated horse-drawn floats and classic cars. And all accompanied by traditional dancing…
