This morning the Diario de Ibiza reported that the owner has appealed against the 300k fine and a year closure. Due to beauracracy the hearing won’t take place until Friday and if, as expected, its turned down, the actual closure order probably won’t be delivered until next wednesday.

However in another twist she [the owner] could appeal in court which could take up to a year to resolve - this would mean DC10 could stay open for that time…
