We had another airport run to do yesterday so we thought we’d investigate the brand new tunnel on the Ibiza to San Antonio road at San Rafael. For a year everyone has had to turn off the main 2 lane road and go through San Rafael village. The journey only took 20 minutes from the airport to the egg – but weve speeded it up so it only takes you 5 minutes – we wish!

We also tracked the actual route the car took, you can see the new road just outside the airport and new roundabouts on the ibiza – san an road and of course the route the new tunnel at San Rafael takes. Google map of the route:
